Do I need to install anything?
No. MeroBhandar works right inside your web browser โ the same app you use to open Facebook or Google. Nothing to download or install. Just open your shopโs web address, log in, and youโre ready. It works on your phone, tablet and computer.
Is my data private and safe?
Yes. Every shop gets its own separate private database โ your stock, sales and customer records are never mixed with any other shop. Your data is stored safely in the cloud and backed up, so you wonโt lose your records even if your phone breaks or is lost.
How do I get my shop set up?
Setup is handled by the MeroBhandar team, so itโs quick and correct from day one. Just request access below โ email or call us โ and weโll create your private space and walk you through your first login.
Can my staff use it without seeing everything?
Yes. You decide what each person can see and do. A sales person can record sales without viewing your profit or costs, while your manager or accounts person gets the fuller picture. You stay in full control as the owner.
